Karsten Jurgschat
Karsten is managing director and founding partner of Green in Business GmbH.
He accompanies companies in the strategic design and implementation of projects for decarbonization and decentralized energy production.
Karsten is from East Westphalia and was born in Bielefeld. After his apprenticeship as a refrigeration plant engineer, he earned his degree in industrial engineering with a focus on corporate planning at the Karlsruhe Institute of Technology.
After his studies and time at Robert Bosch in Madrid, Karsten took on technical and commercial responsibility in his parents' company. During this time he gained a lot of experience in product development, international project management of high quality architectural products for demanding clients from the banking and insurance sector as well as shipbuilding and industry.
Since 2006, Karsten has been supporting his clients in the automotive, architecture, caravanning, logistics and marine sectors, with a focus on cross-industry solutions with his companies JURGSCHAT.ENGINEERING und
ENGINEERING.SOLUTIONS as a full-service R&D provider.
He is available to his customers from the first brainstorming, conception and development to environmental tests and E1 / E13 homologations.
The topic of efficient energy use, especially in the context of new mobility, Karsten took up in 2017 with the founding of his competence circle DELTA IntegralE.
Since 2019, Karsten and Max have been working together on projects.

Maximilian Reitmeir
Maximilian is Managing Director and founding partner of Green in Business GmbH.
He accompanies companies in the strategic design and implementation of projects for decarbonization and decentralized energy production.
As Managing Director of SIT Austria and innovation expert, he has been leading major change programs in the areas of technology, business model development and organization for more than 20 years.
His clients include BMW Group, SIEMENS, BASF, MunichRe, Royal Dutch Shell, VINCI Energies and many others. He spent more than a decade in the BMW Group working on various growth projects.
During his career, he gained extensive experience in strategy, R&D and production and led international teams of different sizes.
In complement to his professional activities, Maximilian is acquiring his knowledge of aesthetic psychology as a PhD student at the University of Bamberg in the field of corporate innovation culture.
Maximilian was born in Innsbruck, graduated from the Technical University of Munich with a degree in Mechanical Engineering.

Alexander Junemann
Alexander is a founding partner of Green in Business GmbH.
After his commercial apprenticeship, Alexander graduated as a commercial and financial specialist, after which he was responsible for finance and purchasing at the company REWA Solar GmbH & Co.KG. There he gained valuable experience in photovoltaics as well as in project development and project planning.
In 2009, he founded the PV systems EPC service provider ReGeTECH GmbH together with Alexander Schelenberg. Over the past 10 years, he has implemented a total of around 2,650 projects.
ReGeTECH's customers include well-known names such as EDEKA, GLS, Aldi and ESA, as well as numerous municipal utilities and private individuals.

Alexander Schelenberg
Alexander is a founding partner of Green in Business GmbH.
As a trained toolmaker and graduate mechanical and industrial engineer, he initially worked for two years as deputy managing director and head of quality management at Schröer Präzision GmbH.
In 2009, he founded the PV systems EPC service provider ReGeTECH GmbH together with Alexander Junemann. Over the past 10 years, he has implemented a total of around 2,650 projects. ReGeTECH's customers include well-known names such as EDEKA, GLS, Aldi and ESA, as well as numerous municipal utilities and private individuals.
Since 2014, he has also been a TÜV-certified and approved expert for photovoltaic systems and regularly trains installers on site for international projects, including as one of the leading partners of SMA Solar Technology AG and Sunpower. -
Mathias Westerbarkei
Mathias is a founding partner of Green in Business GmbH and managing partner of Westfälische Corporate Finance GmbH.
He advises medium-sized entrepreneurs on mergers and acquisitions (M&A) as well as corporate finance issues, particularly in the areas of machinery and industrial equipment, IT and renewable energies.
He grew up in an entrepreneurs' family in Gütersloh and studied business administration at the Baden-Württemberg Cooperative State University in Stuttgart.
Since 1996, he has worked in Berlin, Paris and in Westphalia as a finance and M&A expert in medium-sized industrial companies and as a CFO in the IT sector. In France, he was responsible for CLAAS' integration of RENAULT's tractor division, which was acquired in 2003.
He has successfully completed more than ten M&A transactions in the machinery, automotive, aerospace, retail and information technology sectors, in Europe, in North America and in China, as Head of Mergers & Acquisitions at CLAAS, Europe's leading manufacturer of agricultural machinery.

Reinhold Getmanskij
Reinhold is a founding partner of Green in Business GmbH.
As an entrepreneur, he has experience in founding and building companies (including setting up the online portal LAARY.EU in Russia).
The core of his entrepreneurial activities is his consulting company, which was founded in 2003 and transformed into Gostnorm AG in 2009. This company supports German and European manufacturing companies in the certification and approval of products and advises on exporting products or setting up production facilities in Russia and the CIS countries.
Gostnorm AG's customers include companies such as Bosch, Ness, Büttner, Siemens, Voith, ABB, Sungrow, Alcoa, Claas and Linde.

Stephan Schulte-Frankenfeld
Stephan is a founding partner of Green in Business GmbH and managing partner of SSF Holding GmbH & Co. KG.
He elicits the challenges of family businesses regarding energy supply and has been involved in energy projects in Spain and the Nordics.
He acts as an independent entrepreneur in a loose network of active family entrepreneurs and single family offices (SFO), which support each other in asset allocation and the development of strategic business models, also investing together if desired.
He was a member of the management team in his own family business GLORIA Feuerlöscher, which was sold to a strategic investor by family consensus. This was an emotional process in which he played a major role. After studying business administration, he had built up the subsidiary of the family-owned company in Spain.
